This is made for an actual Claro Walnut gunstock blank. The best of walnut wood goes to this industry. It has a Macassar Ebony sole, Ebony cross pin and a SoCal Desert Ironwood wedge. Comes with a fully tuned 1-1/4’’ Hock iron. This means it’s been flattened to 4000, hollow ground and honed to 4000. It’s approximately 1-7/8’’ x 1-7/8’’ x 14’’.
I love the straight grain sap wood and heart wood morphing into the burl. A very unique piece of wood!
